The half board includes a light continental breakfast, and dinner (3 courses)
Lunch available also on request (needs to be booked in the morning)
The dining room of the guest house is located at the far end of the bungalows
It is simply built, clean, nicely decorated with wood panels, local pareos, and shell ornaments, well ventilated and equipped with a bar inside, a pool table and few dining tables inside and outside.
Managers do not dine with guests but remain at disposal -
Breakfast from 07h00 - 09h00 : Coffee, tea, orange juice (can), bread, fruit jam, crepes, fruits
Lunch from 12h00 - 14h00 : (need to be booked in advance, especially on sundays) Sandwiches or 1 full dish (mainly fish preparation)
Dinner from 19h00 - 21h00 : mainly lagoon or deepsea fish prepared as fritter, raw, steamed or oven cooked with vegetables and rice. Fruits for dessert.
During dinner, Gilbert and Edna engage a tchitchat about with the guest about what they want to do the next day.

Activities vary according to Gilbert's availability and number of participants, prices range from 10 to 35 Euros (subject to change without prior notice), to be organised and paid on the spot :
- Full day lagoon tour with picnic on a motu
- Whale observation during the whale's season
- The Manta Ray's station
- Transfers to the village
- Free hiking expeditions
